Corporate & M&A Consultant Remote/London

A new vacancy has arisen with a medium sized London solicitors firm looking for a consultant to assist on an hourly rate.

They seek a corporate associate with experience in M&A transactions. Capital markets experience is beneficial. The role would include advising entrepreneurs, large companies and SMEs on all aspects of corporate law, public and private M&A and private equity investment, including
o Company formation and administration of day-to-day corporate compliance tasks
o Directors duties
o Share capital (structure, allotment, transfers) and shareholders rights
o Share and asset sales and purchases
o Corporate joint ventures
o Corporate reorganisation
o Partnership structures

20-35 hours a week are expected.

Remote working, occasional travel into London anticipated.
Start as and when, but in next 2-4 weeks.Hourly rate as a guide we think this one will go for 50-65 per hour. It is highly unlikely to go higher.
