A solicitors firm based in Sidcup in Kent have an opening for a crime paralegal. Please note that this role can be carried out mainly from home if preferred. Applicants will still need to be based *relatively* locally as there will be a small amount of office attendance neceassary plus occasional court attendance. The firm are looking for someone to work as a criminal defence caseworker - work will primarily be reviewing evidence, drafting letters, advising clients, taking statements, dealing with the administration of cases. No advocacy and very little court attendance. The role would ideally suit a paralegal with a minimum of 3 years' experience in criminal law work but applicants will need to be able to use LEAP CMS and have very strong IT skills. The role will be full-time, permanent and salary levels up to 28k depending on experience.
