A CQS accredited Hertfordshire law firm is looking for a solicitor to head up the conveyancing department at their Stevenage office. Please note the firm is happy to offer hybrid working for this role. The firm would be interested in speaking to solicitors with a minimum of 7 years' PQE with excellent working knowledge of all aspects of residential conveyancing including sale and purchase of both freehold leasehold title; New Builds and Plot Purchases; leasehold extensions; and sales and purchases of unregistered land. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and developing both the qualified and junior (trainees/administrative) staff in the department. The role will be full-time, permanent and salary will be 75k-80k plus an achievable performance related bonus scheme of up to 10k plus private health care for their family.
