A law firm in Berkshire are looking for a property locum to help out at their offices in Slough for a period of 3 months starting from 1st September 2022. You will be acting as an assistant to Senior Solicitors in the Real Estate Department to deal with Development Site Acquisition/Commercial Property work to include:

" Carrying out title reviews and drafting title reports
" Enquiries before contract
" Simple contracts for property acquisitions
" Basic planning agreements, such as S278 Agreements, and substation leases
" Preparing for completion (drafting completion statements, SDLT forms)
" Registration of acquisitions

Hybrid working is possible for this role.
