A very well established firm is looking for a 5+ year PQE solicitor to head the property department at their office located a 5 minute walk from East Putney Underground Station. The department covers both residential and commercial property work (approx 70% residential and 30% Commercial/Lease Extensions & Enfranchisement) so experience in both areas is essential. The successful candidate will have the support of a full-time property paralegal and dedicated property legal secretary. The role would initially be 100% office based but the firm are very open to hybrid working once the successful applicant has settled into the role. There is potential for the successful candidate to become a partner in the relatively near future, if desired. The role will be full-time, permanent and salary will be around 80k. There is currently no additional bonus scheme but the firm are keen to discuss this with applicants and negotiate something that is mutually beneficial.
