A law firm in Oxfordshire are looking for a senior commercial property associate to work out of their henley office.
 
Please note, the firm is happy to offer hybrid working for this role with two or three days a week being worked from home, if preferred.
 
The firm are looking for a solicitor who can quickly integrate into the team, assume responsibility for existing clients and files, as well as supervise and mentor junior members of the team, including a junior solicitor and a paralegal, providing support, guidance and appropriate oversight of their work.
 
The role will involve advising on a broad range of commercial property matters, including:
 
·Acquisitions and disposals
·Landlord and tenant matters
·Development work
·Secured lending transactions
 
You will have direct client contact from the outset and will play a key role in maintaining and developing excellent client relationships.
 
The role will be full-time, permanent and salary will be negotiable depending on experience but should be competitive.
