A specialist Employment Law firm based in Central London is looking for a Case manager to work fully remotely from home.
 
The role is fully remote working, so the firm is happy to consider applicants from anywhere in the UK. It would suit a senior paralegal or a junior solicitor/Legal Executive.
 
The Role


·Managing a varied employment law caseload.
·Acting as a key point of contact for clients and maintaining strong client relationships.
·Advising on a broad range of contentious and non-contentious employment law matters.
·Supporting case strategy and ensuring matters progress effectively.
·Drafting correspondence, legal documents and settlement agreements.
·Advising clients on settlement options and negotiating outcomes where appropriate.
·Managing limitation dates and key procedural deadlines.
·Liaising with external counsel regarding Employment Tribunal proceedings and advocacy.
·Coordinating Employment Tribunal documentation and pleadings.
·Delivering excellent client care and maintaining high professional standards.
·Supporting the continued growth and success of the practice.


About You


·Previous employment law experience.
·The ability to manage matters independently with minimal supervision.
·A strong understanding of Employment Tribunal procedures and employment law processes.
·Excellent drafting and communication skills.
·Strong organisational and case management abilities.
·A proactive, commercial and solutions-focused approach.
·A commitment to delivering exceptional client service.

The key requirement is demonstrable employment law experience and the ability to confidently manage employment law matters with a high degree of autonomy.

The role will be permanent and salary will be negotiable depending on experience but should be very competitive.
