Commercial Property Solicitor sought by a small niche commercial law firm based in central London, near to Liverpool Street station. The firm are looking for either a permanent solicitor with a minimum 5 years' PQE to join them - they act for a number of large multi-national companies and look after UK operations for them. These invariably involve a range of commercial property issues often centred around lease renewals and new leases. Full time or part time would be considered. Start date ASAP. Office based - no remote working possible on this one. Salary negotiable depending on experience but we estimate that it will be 55k-65k.
