A medium sized firm is looking for a wills & probate solicitor to work at their Howden office. Applicants should have a minimum of 3 years' PQE and be able to manage a caseload without supervision. Caseload to include but not limited to meeting clients, drafting wills, estate administration, lasting powers of attorney, court of protection, elderly client issues, drafting trusts and seeing to the day to day administration of trusts as well as estate planning and tax advice. The role will be full-time, permanent and salary levels around 40k.
