A well established Oxfordshire firm are looking for a commercial solicitor to work at their busy office in Thame. Applicants will ideally have around 2 years' PQE. Caseload will be non-contentious and include Business sales and purchases, Asset and share sales/purchase, Company formation and set-up, Shareholders' agreements, LLP Agreements, Terms and conditions of business, Contract drafting and review. Role will be full-time, permanent and salary will be around 45k plus health care cover.
