A very well established Hertfordshire firm is looking for a property lawyer to work at their office located in the South of the county. They are looking for a solicitor who can manage a mixed caseload of residential and commercial conveyancing without supervision so probably minimum of 3 years' PQE required. The role will be full-time, permanent and salary will be negotiable depending on experience but should be competitive. In the interim, the firm will be requiring a locum to fill the vacancy until they find a suitable permanent candidate so ideally starting in the next week or two and probably for a minimum of 3 months.
