A new permanent vacancy has arisen in Cardiff as follows: The Welsh Rugby Union Group are seeking to recruit a part time In House Company Lawyer to act as their Corporate Services Coordinator. This role is to provide support for the WRU Board and Sub-Board meetings and General Meetings. Qualified or non-qualified lawyers and company secretaries welcome to apply. This will include the administration of agendas and liasing with other bodies including Six Nations, World Rugby and others. The WRU has a number of boards and sub-boards and this is a part time role for three days a week plus a small amount of out of hours work in the evenings to assist with board meetings. The role is situated in Cardiff at the Principality Stadium. The WRU are essentially looking for someone with previous administrative experience of board meetings and this seems to be the key to applying for this role. Duty Solicitor x 2 - East London (Stratford). 3. Duty Solicitor in N17 x 1.  The duty solicitors for East London, Sheffield and Dewsbury are within a medium sized practice with contracts and supervisors in place already. They seek salaried full or part time duty solicitors. As ever the salary range is left open and no indication has been given. A specialist family law practice with offices in Bedford , Northampton and Milton Keynes are looking to take on 2 full time senior family lawyers. These are permanent roles based at the office of the candidates' preference with occasional travel to other offices for client meetings etc. In particular the firm are seeking lawyers with good financial experience particularly ancillary relief and complex financial issues. The firm will consider solicitors, legal executives or even experienced senior paralegals as long as they have the experience of financial matters.
