A South West law firm are looking for an experienced property solicitor for a Head of Property role to work from their office in South Molton in North Devon or at one of their Cornwall offices. The firm are looking for a candidate with the capability and managerial experience to supervise the other property staff at the regions offices as well as undertaking their own caseload of fee earning work. This will include the conveyance of freehold or leasehold, residential, commercial and agricultural property or land as well as creating easements and wayleave agreements. To this end the firm anticipate that this post would be best suited to someone with at least 10 years experience. This is a full time, permanent position.
