Residential Property Paralegal, Central London

A medium sized law firm based in London's West End are looking for a paralegal with a keen interest in property law to work at their busy Marble Arch office. The firm are looking for graduates/post-graduates who have ideally completed the LPC. The successful candidate will be assisting the fee earners and performing a wide variety of tasks including: legal research and analysis, general administrative duties, assisting solicitors as required on transactional work, carrying out property searches, drafting documents, completing land registry forms etc. Candidates who wish to apply should have a 2:1 degree or equivalent, have ideally completed the LPC and have a minimum of 6 months conveyancing experience in a law firm. Conveyancing Fee Earner, Central London

A Central London law firm based a few minutes walk from Chancery Lane Tube station have an opening for a residential conveyancing fee earner on a permanent basis. Basically the property department is extremely busy and needs to take on an extra member of staff. The firm will consider junior candidates who can assist and help out the partners with elements of the process up to more senior candidates who can handle their own caseloads. Conveyancing Assistant, Central London

We have an excellent opportunity for an experienced Residential Conveyancing assistant to join a hugely ambitious growing firm in the City of London. This is a permanent post on a part time job share basis, working 3 days per week (Mon, Wed, Fri). The successful candidate will primarily assist with the procedural aspects of residential conveyancing, in particular from the point of exchange of contracts to completion and beyond. Conveyancing Paralegal in central London to £23,000

A new vacancy has arisen with a central London solicitors firm based near to Baker Street tube. Looking for a residential conveyancing paralegal to join them - permanent post. If you are an LPC graduate the firm have indicated that there are opportunities to progress onto training contracts and two paralegals have already been taken on with a view to taking this route. The firm are extremely busy and in desperate need of further assistance. More work is on the way.  Salary levels indicated as up to £23k at paralegal level.
