A new permanent full time vacancy has arisen for a Residential Conveyancing Solicitor or Legal Executive sought by a solicitors firm located in Egham, Surrey. Situated on the high street in the town centre, about 200 metres from the train station and 1km from Junction 13 of the M25, the firm are looking to make a long term appointment. One of their solicitors is relocating and they would like to recruit a residential conveyancer to replace her. Anyone with additional light commercial conveyancing experience would be welcome. There are partnership prospects for the right person. This is a medium sized practice and well established in the town. The locum role would commence mid to end of April. The permanent role would commence as and when you are able to start. This is a medium sized practice with a strong commercial and private client caseload. The role is to work as the head of conveyancing's number two in the property department. There is assistance from a more junior member of staff.
