A medium sized law firm based in London's West End are looking for a paralegal with a keen interest in property law to work at their busy Marble Arch office. The firm are looking for graduates/post-graduates who have ideally completed the LPC. The successful candidate will be assisting the fee earners and performing a wide variety of tasks including: legal research and analysis, general administrative duties, assisting solicitors as required on transactional work, carrying out property searches, drafting documents, completing land registry forms etc. Candidates who wish to apply should have a 2:1 degree or equivalent, have ideally completed the LPC and have a minimum of 6 months conveyancing experience in a law firm. Quality City of London law firm have an opening for a full time, permanent conveyancing assistant to undertake the procedural aspects to residential conveyancing, in particular the initial file opening procedures and the later stages from the point of exchange of contracts to completion and beyond.
