Firm in Liverpool currently recruiting for fee earners/solicitors who specialise in credit hire litigation in RTA matters. Niche practice in this area - they do not require general fee earners/solicitors who deal with personal injury in general, you must be a candidate who has real, active experience and knowledge in credit hire litigation. The roles available stretch from junior fee earner (i.e 12 months experience to qualified Grade A Solicitors). The interview process will focus on credit hire, the day to day litigation process, the relevant authorities and law and indeed a general discussion on the area.
