A friendly and well known firm of solicitors based in Reading are looking to take on a commercial property solicitor. The firm currently have a well-established and busy residential conveyancing department and are looking to expand into commercial property work The candidate will be running the commercial property side on their own and therefore the firm are looking for someone with at least 3 to 4 years experience and the confidence and know how to run a commercial property caseload. Any client links or a following would be welcomed but is not necessary as the firm will have work coming in. The firm ideally are looking to take someone on for around the beginning of March subject to notice periods. Salary levels around £35K per annum. Vacancy 15601.

Commercial Property Solicitor sought by Reading firm of medium size. Central Reading practice. Looking for someone to join and assist the property partner with a busy caseload. Permanent post. The commercial property work in question is light work rather than the more heavy city stuff and would probably suit someone coming from a high street or small commercial practice. Will involve plenty of shop, offices, small units rather than multi-million property developments.
