Candidates must be at least 4 years qualified and be able to handle a caseload concerning probate, wills, trusts, estate planning, lasting powers of attorney, Court of Protection and all other areas of wills and probate work as well as managing a team of junior solicitors, paralegals and support staff. An established and expanding firm of solicitors based in Hammersmith in West London have an opening for an experienced wills & probate solicitor on a permanent basis. The firm are looking for a candidate to provide competent legal advice and assistance in regards to Probate, Wills and Trusts. The company has been established since 1983 and has a will bank containing a large number of Wills. In addition the company has a significant number of Court of Protection clients in relation to which Statutory Wills are from time to time required together with Tax and Trust advice.
