Description
Two opportunities for solicitors with 2-5 years relevant experience to join the Private Equity team in London. Key responsibilities include day to day deal management, project management of specialist teams and participation in building relationships with private equity clients The successful candidates must have experience of acting for both private equity houses and management teams on buy-outs, secondary buy-outs and/or public to private transactions. Strong academic qualifications, project management, team working and communication/relationship skills are essential.
