Description
Leading East Sussex firm seeking an experienced property litigation lawyer. Experience should include landlord and tenant, enfranchisement and lease extensions. The successful candidate must be able to handle both the conveyancing and litigation aspects of landlord and tenant work and also have general litigation experience. The work is mainly for commercial clients including debt collection and contract disputes. Experience and ability to work with moderate supervision is essential. The position would suit a 1-3 year qualified solicitor or an experienced legal executive.
