Wills & Probate Solicitor (Private Client) - Exeter

Experienced Wills and Probate Solicitor sought by Exeter Firm. Ideal PQE is 3 years for this senior role which will involve department development and staff management. The ideal applicant will have a good technical knowledge and experience of Wills, lifetime and post-death tax planning for high-net worth individuals, LPAS and elderly client issues and the administration of estates especially in relation to higher net worth clients who own business and/or agricultural property. Ideally you will also have knowledge and experience of trusts and their formation and administration. FULL SPEC available on request.
