VAC 14021 - Wills & Probate Solicitor - Barnsley

Wills & Probate Solicitor or FILEX sought by a leading, niche practice north of Sheffield. The Firm is a 2 Partner practice with 2 offices and this role will involve managing the existing Wills Trust & Probate department. You must have experience of dealing with the administration of estates, elderly client matters including Court of Protection referrals and formation of family trusts. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking for partnership prospects. Salary dependent on experience. PQE should be 3 years plus.
