Mental Health Caseworker/Paralegal, Harlow, Essex

A firm based in Harlow, Essex are seeking mental health paralegals/case workers with knowledge and experience of mental health law to join their busy team. The position is offered on either a fee share or consultant/salaried basis. The candidate must have experience of mental health law and will ideally be a member of the Law Society's Mental Health Law panel or be willing to work towards membership. The role will involve taking instructions and advising clients and preparing for and representing clients at Tribunal hearings.There are potentially good career prospects on offer for the right candidate.
