A Derbyshire solicitors firm are looking to recruit a locum solicitor with Commercial Law experience to advise on matters including JV arrangements; negotiating and drafting shareholders agreements; negotiating and drafting terms and conditions; and negotiating financing arrangements and advising on resulting documents. The candidate will need 7+ years PQE and be able to work unsupervised. The role will be for a locum, certainly initially, who will be paid hourly. The work will be intermittent and so it would suit people currently working in other locum positions.
