Conveyancing Legal Secretary, Oxford

A small, high street solicitors firm in Central Oxford is looking for an experienced legal secretary to work in the residential conveyancing department. Experience of conveyancing is essential. The role will consist of: preparing documents and correspondence including preparing mail and enclosures, audio typing using digital dictation, copying and preparing enclosures, dealing with the post, preparing invoices, opening and closing matter files, answering the telephone, making fee earner appointments and managing calendars and reception duties. This is a permanent post and the firm are happy to consider applications from candidates looking for full or part time work.
