Office Manager in London WC1 to £27000

A new vacancy has arisen with a central London law firm - commercial practice of smaller size. W1. Looking for an office manager (mainly administrative but some fee earning work also) as follows:

"    Research for the partners as and when required, some basic client work (paralegal or equivalent) in particular assisting with business immigration matters (experience of the latter not essential)
"    Preparation of court bundles, and filing of court documents.
"    Ensure client money laundering records are updated and ensuring that clients provide the correct money laundering documents in accordance with the SRA (Solicitors Regulation Authority).
"    Diary management & organisational duties for partners
"    Meeting room booking - including providing client/s with refreshments
"    Dealing with correspondence and telephone queries.
"    Ensure that files are updated through filing electronically or paper copy.
"    Gatekeeper for the partners taking messages where necessary or directing calls
"    Keep a record of all client disbursements
"    Photocopying
"    Scanning
"    Banking
"    Archiving
"    Ordering stationery supplies
"    Distributing post and arranging courier collection/deliveries
"    Drafting invoices and keeping a record of the partners WIP
"    Ensure partners meet the CPD requirements by keeping a record of all courses attended and booking onto courses where necessary
"    Book keeping tasks such as petty cash analysis, credit card analysis. Keep a record of all outgoing and incoming invoices. Ensure payment of all purchase invoices are made.
"    Admin support for other members of staff as and when required.

Salary levels are going to be around £25k - they may go higher. Permanent post. Start date 7th April if possible and if not then subject to your notice period.
