Company and Commercial Solicitor sought by medium sized solicitors firm based near to Clapham station in SW11.
They seek a dynamic and enthusiastic solicitor to take on company and commercial matters for SMEs and to continue to grow the department.
The role is going to suit someone who has been working with SMEs for a small to meduim sized firm already and has experience at handling owner managers and directors rather than dealing with large multinationals.
Some client following would be an advantage as would some experience of employment law but this is not essential and should not imply that there will be employment law work foisted upon you!
Would suit a solicitor with circa 5 years +pqe who was willing to network in the locality which is attracting some of the largest commercial developments in Europe. The firm are also interested in someone more junior as well as an alternative.
