Head of Wills & Probate Department, North West London

A North West London firm of solicitors are looking for an experienced private client solicitor to take over as Head of Wills & Probate Department at their office in Harlesden, NW10. Candidates must be at least 4 years qualified and be able to handle a caseload concerning probate, wills, trusts, estate planning, lasting powers of attorney, Court of Protection and all other areas of wills and probate work as well as managing a team of junior solicitors, paralegals and support staff. Any business development and marketing experience would be welcomed and knowledge of contentious probate would be useful. Full job description available on request. Salary £35K to £40K per annum.
