A medium sized well established solicitors practice with a commercial and private client base near Kettering are looking for a solicitor or legal executive to join their Private Client department. The post will include will drafting, Inheritance tax planning, Lifetime tax planning, Administration of Trusts, Capital Gains tax, Income tax, Stamp Duty Land Tax (working knowledge), all commonly encountered aspects of probate work, LPAs/EPAs and registration, Court of Protection, Deputyship and elderly client issues, marketing and developing Private Client services.
