A solicitors firm based near Kettering in Northamptonshire have an opening for a commercial property lawyer on a full time, permanent basis. The firm are looking for candidates with at least 3 years experience to join their established property department. Working with the Head of Commercial Conveyancing, the type of work, whilst it excludes residential conveyancing, is extremely varied, from commercial shop leases, through wind turbine and solar farm agreements to large scale option and promotion agreements for residential developments. Client base ranges from local to international and owner-managed business to FTSE 250 companies. The successful candidate will work within a team of five in a pleasant working environment. This is an expansion role due to an increase in attracting non-residential conveyancing work. Market rates of pay and benefits will apply. Apply with CV for vacancy 16250.
