An established and friendly firm of solicitors based on Canvey Island in Essex has an opening for a non-contentious solicitor to work with one of the partners to assist principally with commercial property and commercial law work. Caseload mainly consists of small to medium commercial businesses with the occasional high value transaction providing commercial law expertise and dealing with business sales and purchases. The firm will consider a solicitor, legal executive or licensed conveyancer providing they have the necessary experience. Ideally looking for someone on a full time, permanent basis.
