Property Lawyer, Skegness, Lincolnshire

An established firm in the seaside town of Skegness in Lincolnshire are looking for a property lawyer to join their team. The firm are happy to consider solicitors, FILEX or paralegals but candidates with ideally at least 2 years experience in conveyancing preferred. The firm will also consider candidates at a senior level and will pay accordingly. Ideally the firm are looking for someone with experience in both residential and commercial conveyancing although the commercial property side has the most pressing need and they will happily consider candidates with commercial property experience only. This is a full time, permanent post and salary is negotiable and dependent on experience and level of seniority. Vacancy 16307.
