Three new vacancies for private client lawyers in Dorking, Chelmsford and North Devon as follows:
1. Dorking, Surrey. Solicitors firm of small to medium size need a wills & probate locum from Monday 26th September or Monday 3rd October for 2 months or more. Permanent also sought by the same firm.
2. Barnstaple, Devon. Solicitors firm of smaller size (3 solicitors) are looking for a wills & probate lawyer to join them. Permanent role, start date as and when you are able. All levels of experience considered. Firm situated about 5 miles west of Barnstaple.
3. Chelmsford, Essex. Solicitors firm of medium size (for the area) seek a solicitor for their private client department. Will be handling Wills Trust and Probate files, to include preparation of wills, IHT planning, matters relating to the elderly - Court of Protection - LPAs - Community Care legislation, Administration of Estates below and above IHT threshold, Family Gifts - CGT legislation and income tax.

4. High Wycombe - firm looking to recruit a wills & probate solicitor after a partner retired. All levels considered from 2 years PQE and upwards.
