Director, Family Law Firm, Bedfordshire

A specialist family law firm with branches in Bedford, Northampton and Milton Keynes is currently seeking to recruit a Senior Lawyer/Director to join the their Management Team as a Salaried Director and assist with the continued development and expansion of the Firm. This is a newly created position and the successful candidate will report to the 2 Owner Directors, (MD & CFO and Director CEO). They will also work with the HR Manager who also forms part of the Management Team. The emphasis will be on providing leadership, management and training to the fee earning team to ensure clients receive excellent advice and service and the firm continues to see its profitability and credibility grow. Applicants should be Senior Lawyers with a minimum of 5 years PQE and will have solid all round experience of working in Family Law covering Finances, Cohabitation, Children matters and Domestic Violence.
