Litigation Solicitor, West London

A medium sized solicitors firm based in West London have a vacancy for a full time, permanent litigation solicitor to work at Head of Department level. The firm are looking for candidates with at least 5 years experience in a range of litigation matters to take on a caseload including the following: contract and commercial disputes, professional negligence, IP, defamation, employment law, landlord & tenant and mediation. Candidates must be commercially focused, with sound business acumen together with excellent communication skills, an ability to work independently with minimal supervision and a flair for negotiation and relationship building, and be comfortable in providing independent advice. Any management experience would be welcomed.
