Crime Solicitors – Duty in Cornwall and Devon – consultancy percentage split arrangement

Specialist criminal law firm based in South Devon and Cornwall, currently with 10 duty solicitors, looking to recruit duty solicitors - up to 4 - spread across the area. The firm employ solicitors on a 60%-40% retainer arrangement. They are looking for solicitors wanting to slow down their pace of life and work their duty without a lot else. Any solicitors seeking to retire to the South West for example would be most welcome to apply for these roles. Looking for solicitors available in the April 2018 rota.

Salary levels £35k pro rata (estimated earnings)
