Specialist niche commercial law firm in Guildford are looking for a Solicitor with a minimum of 3 years PQE to join their small team. This is a specialist Legal 500 and Chambers listed firm acting predominantly for medical professionals in the primary care sector. The practice aims to recruit high calibre solicitors. They are based in central Guildford with on site car parking. They are looking for a solicitor to manage a varied caseload of commercial property matters including all aspects of leasehold and freehold property. Cases will vary from new surgery developments, sale and leasebacks to more straightforward declarations of trust, leasehold assignments and intra-partnership conveyances. The role will operate within a team alongside commercial colleagues on larger transactions such as M&A or partnership disputes. The firm are open to considering part time/flexible working hours. The successful candidate will probably have experience from a top tier law firm and be looking for a new challenge in a smaller firm which can offer unique opportunities for career development.
