Conveyancer, Market Drayton

Growing law firm based in Market Drayton, Shropshire, are looking for a conveyancer to take on and develop their property department. The firm are happy to consider qualified solicitors, legal executives or licensed conveyancers and applicants should ideally have over 5 years experience. The case load is mostly residential, with a small amount of agricultural matters and a mixture of registered and unregistered titles. There is no shortage of new instructions and the firm has strong professional contacts. The post is full-time, permanent and the starting salary will be 35-40K depending on experience, with potential for this to increase depending on the success made of the department.
