Residential Conveyancer, Billericay

A law firm based in Billericay, Essex are seeking a experienced residential conveyancer for a full time, permanent role in their established property department. Taking over as Head of Department the successful candidate will be managing a residential property caseload as well as managing the day to day running and future progression of the department. There is one other property fee earner dealing with commercial property and secretarial assistance is provided. This is an exciting opportunity to join a long standing firm due to the retirement of a member of staff and the firm will consider solicitor, executives or conveyancers as long as they have a good level of experience.
