Company Commercial Paralegal, London, West End

A full service law firm based in London's West End are looking for a paralegal with a keen interest in company commercial law to work at their busy Marble Arch office. They are looking to provide an opportunity for post-graduates having completed a law degree or an alternate degree followed by a Graduate Diploma in Law and preferably having completed their Legal Practice Course. The selected candidate will be required to contribute to the day to day activities of the department and will be required to perform a wide range of tasks initially including (but not limited to): legal research and analysis, general administrative duties and assisting solicitors as required on transactional work. Early file responsibility will be given where ability is demonstrated. Candidates should have a 2:1 degree or higher and previous experience of working in a law firm dealing with company commercial work. In return as well as a competitive starting salary candidates will be considered for a training contract role following completion of a satisfactory 6 month probation period.
