Kent based law firm are looking for a Litigation Claims Handler on damage only files resulting from road traffic accidents for their office in Hayes, Bromley. Working for a large motor insurer: A road traffic accident has occurred, the insurers have repaired their policyholders vehicle and the policyholder is stating that they were not at fault for the accident. The third party/third party insurer has failed to raise payment for the repairs to the policyholders vehicle. Solicitors are then instructed to issue proceedings against the third party/third party insurer for failure to settle the claim and the successful candidate will be assisting the fee earners with the claim. Candidate must have experience in dealing with insurance claims. This is a full time, permanent post. Salary £17,000 to £22,000 depending on experience. Apply with CV for vacancy 17882.
