A well established Yorskhire firm is looking for a Public Law lawyer to work out of their Bingley office. Current caseload mainly Prison Service and Parole Board but the firm is always looking to expand work types and their contract would allow them to bring a case against any 'public body'. They can can open a limited number of Legal Help cases per year but also have access to CLS certificates and exceptional case funding. The firm operate like a a barrister's set of chambers ie. they take a percentage of the fees billed from consultant Solicitors. They would be looking for someone on this basis. WOuld suit a candidate with a minimum of 3 years' PQE in Public Law work.
