Hampshire based multi-office law firm are seeking a family lawyer to join their busy team The role is suitable for an experienced family solicitor/executive with a minimum of 2 year PQE or an experienced fee earner able to run their own files with minimum supervision. The caseload is all privately funded. Candidates should have experience in matrimonial law, ancillary relief and pensions. Any military divorce experience an advantage as is use of a case management system and experience in private child care law matters.

Ideally the firm are looking for full time candidates but part time (minimum 3 days per week) will be considered. The position of Head of Family will be considered for the right candidate. They are a flexible working firm with many of their staff routinely working from home. Salary: market rates depending on qualifications and experience. Apply with CV for vacancy 20067.
