An experienced Residential Conveyancer (Solicitor/Legal Exec) is sought by a solicitors' firm in the South West - they are looking for 2 days a week at their office in Burnham-On-Sea initially up until Christmas. It would be preferable if the person lives within travelling distance of the area. The position is to start a.s.a.p. The firm require someone who is used to handling their own case load including New Build, Freehold, Leasehold, Land and more complex matters. The job is to help with the more complex work and supervise the department. The 2 days a week are flexible. Hourly rate guide - flexible.
