Two new vacancies have arisen with a multinational education company based in Central London. They are looking for two commercial counsel, one junior one senior, to work in-house at their office located near to Oxford Circus Underground Station. Main functions of role: structuring, drafting and negotiating commercial agreements, such as platform agreements, licences, terms & conditions, service agreements, partnership agreements with universities, representative agreements, etc. Working directly with the sales operations, marketing and procurement teams. The role will be full-time on a one year contract and salary levels for both roles will be negotiable depending on experience.
