An SRA regulated ABS is looking to recruit a property litigation lawyer to work out of their office in Bourne End.
The successful applicant will:
Ideally be a qualified Solicitor with at least 3 years' PQE in property litigation and landlord & tenant but applications will be considered from those with alternative relevant qualifications or who can demonstrate equivalent skills and experience.
Have experience of advising on contentious issues, dispute resolution and Court proceedings
Be happy to attend court to represent clients.
The role is full-time, permanent and salary is negotiable depending on experience/qualification but the range for the role is 35k-60k per annum and will come with an excellent benefits package.
