A specialist Landlord & Tenant firm is looking for a lawyer to work at their busy Borehamwood office. The firm are happy to consider applications from solicitors or legal executives with a minimum of 3 years' experience in Landlord & Tenant Litigation work. Also happy to consider locum to perm. Work will be representing landlords, mainly with repossession proceedings. You must have experience of drafting possession claims and other associated experience using PCOL - preferably dealing with defended cases. The role will be full-time, permanent and salary will be around the 40k level depending on experience.
