Specialist litigation solicitors have a vacancy for an Insurance Recovery Handler at their Kent based offices.

You will receive new claims from the firm's insurer client which relate to road traffic accidents with the aim of recovering the insurers money back from the at fault party. In order to be successful in recovering this money you will be required to investigate the claim, apply for police reports, review CCTV footage and liaise closely with the insurer client, the policyholder, brokers and the third party insurers

Experience is desirable but not essential as training can be provided. Job description available on request.
