A respected high street law firm based in Berkshire are looking to appoint a solicitor or legal executive to join their Private Client department. The firm are looking for a candidate with a minimum of 3 years PQE who can work with minimal supervision and handle their own caseload. the caseload will comprise of a broad range of private client matters including: wills, all aspects of IHT, probate and estate administration, Powers of Attorney and Elderly Client matters. There will also be the opportunity to handle conveyancing matters if desired. Membership of STEP and/or Solicitors for the Elderly is advantageous.
